Mô tả công việc

1. Recruitment (40%)

  • Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions on time as projects plans

  • Coordinate with Project Lead to compose/ review job descriptions for all positions

  • Build applicant database by utilizing recruitment channels

  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment

  • Lead to make essential analyzing reports to support recruitment efficiency

2. People & Talent Engagement (60%)

  • Build and ensure the effectiveness of On-Off boarding processes

  • Work & Support team’s activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce and building its capability that directly impacts to daily business & overall strategy

  • Demonstrate adequate communication among the Operations team

3. Duration: 6 months

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor Degree

  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and/or People Management, especially mass recruitment for ad-hoc projects

  • Good communication & presentation skills, teamwork skills, and problem-solving skills

  • Can-do attitude, high sense of responsibility

  • Experience in candidate sourcing is a plus

  • Able to use English (written, verbal)
