Mô tả công việc
- Answer telephone calls, connect calls to respective persons.
- Regularly update telephone list and inform staff accordingly.
- Welcome guests and connect them with respective staffs.
- Receive and deliver correspondence, newspapers, documents, faxes.
- Stationery management including receive stationary orders from Divisions and process these requirements, making record and report.
- Arrange meeting rooms for all scheduled meetings.
- Booking air tickets.
- Making items requisitions.
- Payment (apartment, car, petrol, warehouse, office, service fee, courier, notary, reception, flowers, taxi ...)
- Prepare advance and final settlement of office expenses
- Track renewal, liquidation and contract all the apartments, warehouses, vehicles
- Support other colleagues in HR & Admin Div. when required.
- Other duties as and when assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: 22 - 25 years old
- Graduated from University
- English (Communication) and MS Office
- Experience: 0-1 year experience
- Female only
- Skill:
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, translation)
- Good communication skill
- Good negotiation skill
- Good at MS Office.
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Planning and self-management skill.
- Good looking.
