Mô tả công việc

1. Cost control and supplier development

  • Control cost of suppliers follow agreement and ensure actual invoice match with quotation
  • Analyzing the quotation: material, processes…to make the cost reduction requirement, price negotiation and feedback to venders about their request of cost increasing.
  • Going to venders regularly to check/study their actual processes, discuss/negotiate about any arising matters: cost reduction request, delivery, vender capacity, quality…
  • Carrying out Quality tie-up activity (cooperate with QA Dept in solving quality trouble, improving Purchasing Quality).
  • Searching new potential venders to implement the localization and changing venders from not good to the better ones.
  • Making the cost estimation base on the drawing for better deal/ choose new vender
  • Control new model: follow company general schedule and break it down into the details for Department’s concrete tasks, follow and manage all the progress to catch company’s target of all cost, delivery and quality & report in company meeting

2. Delivery control

  • Issuing/ receiving and controlling orders.
  • Following the timetable and delivery from venders based on these orders schedule to ensure no delay (oversea and local).
  • Cooperation with other related department for urgent order and other receiving schedules for ensure no delay in production line
  • Request/ follow up/ control vender that not reach delivery target to improve vender condition

3. Import- Export task

  • Preparing import and export documents
  • Dealing with customs and forwarder for solving any issues of customs declaration.
  • Dealing with Insurance company/shipping agents/forwarders to get the effective solution of damaged cargoes if any
  • Controlling and updating tax to make the payment in time or refund tax if any.
  • Making the report of responsible tasks every week/month.

4. Other tasks assigned by Manager

  • Graduated from Economics/ Foreign Trade/ Technical University (accept new graduated student)
  • Strong and effective written and spoken communication skills, ability to adapt to environment changing/ working rotation.
  • Self-initiative and ability to learn, high responsibility in working.
  • Can work under high pressure; hard working; high working motivation.
  • Can work both in team and independence.
  • Expert in using MS office.
  • Influent in English in both of writing, speaking.
  • Living in area of Dong Anh, Soc Son (Hanoi), Pho Yen (Thai Nguyen), Hiep Hoa ( Bac Giang) is preferred.

  • Working days: Monday to Friday, Saturday off in rotation.
