Central Retail has officially launched the selection for our 2022 Management Associates. Young talents who are looking for a fast-track career in one of the biggest retailer in Vietnam cannot miss this opportunity. Our selection process includes 5 rounds:

1. Application Round: 18th July - 21st August, 2022
2. Online Aptitude Test: Early September, 2022
3. HR Interview: September, 2022
4. Assessment: October, 2022
5. Final discussion: October - November, 2022

Successful candidates will onboard in January 2023.

Requirements:

1. Vietnamese fresh graduates or young professional who have less than 3 years of working experience.
2. Competent, passionate, agile person with a can-do spirit and constant-learning mindset.
3. Interested in retail industry and serving our customers & community.
