Mô tả công việc

  •  Research and continuously update insights of AI talent market
  • Developing a pool of qualified candidates, Sourcing prospective candidates utilizing various methods
  • Screening CV & phone interviewing with potential candidates, and arranging appointments for interviews
  • Assisting HR team with both planning and executing both internal and external events and projects to achieve the ultimate goals
  • Support HR Team covering from employer branding to recruitment as well as internal training and development

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Passionate in HR, especially recruitment. Have interests with high-technology trending
  • People oriented individual who enjoy working with people or having desire to unlock others potential
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Quick learner and willing to work under demanding and challenging environment
  • Commit to spend 20 (part-time) or 40 (full-time) working hours/week
  • 1-2 experiences in Recruitment/HR/PR/Marketing/Event/Community building is an advantage
