• Organize stock within the warehouse in their designated location
• Maintain accurate records of product receipts and dispatches
• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing with the pre-alert in order to ensure all goods are in excellent condition
• Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management
• Properly pack items to be shipped according to company standards to ensure they arrive in excellent condition
• Organize and sort items on shelves or racks according to company standards
• Accurately maintain company database including all stock and warehouse items
• Regularly conduct house keeping activities in the warehouse and office areas to ensure the working environment is clean, tidy, and well-organized
• Support warehouse team with general duties of planning, scheduling, and purchasing consumables
• Assist and participate with other team members during visits or audits of customers
• Actively attend training courses organized by the Company and other departments
• Other tasks will be assigned by management

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Final year student or fresh graduated
• Experience: Previous internship experience in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Ability to work full-time for at least 4 days/week, between Monday and Saturday, from 8AM to 5PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining and organized warehouse
• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
• Experience with software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other company spreadsheet programs. Good understating of Warehouse management system is preferred
• English skills: Intermediate level in Writing and Speaking
• Personalities: Active, Dynamic, Responsible, Hardworking
