Talent Acquisition Intern

The TA Intern will provide hands-on support recruitment across operations, HR analytics, and process improvement.

· Conduct proactive LinkedIn research to build talent pools for critical roles

· Map candidate profiles against defined criteria for future hiring needs

· Support active search efforts with market intelligence and candidate longlisting

· Maintain and update the Candidate Tracker across active roles

· Prepare weekly reports towards hiring managers and CHRO

· Coordinate scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates

· Manage logistics for candidate visits — travel, agendas, room bookings

· Draft and send standard candidate communications under supervision

· Write meeting notes and maintain action logs for the HR team

· Support the execution of the onboarding process for new hires

· Assist in documenting and improving HR and recruitment processes:

3. Management Trainee

· Final year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

· Basic experience or exposure to recruitment — internship, club role, or academic project

· Comfortable reading and evaluating CVs against defined criteria

• Active user of AI tools – not just awareness, genuine daily usage

• Familiar with or willing to learn Airtable, Notion, Canva or similar digital tools

• Attention to detail — produces clean, well-formed outputs

• Fluent in English and Vietnamese — can draft professional emails and reports

• Curious and self-directed — teaches themselves new tools and approaches

• Organized — can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without constant prompting

• Discreet — understand that HR work involves confidential information
