Mô tả công việc

– Directly participate in the recruitment process, which includes:

+ Creating a varied applicant source on recruitment and social platforms.

+ Conducting the recruitment process (clarify requirements, identify the appropriate candidate profile, build sources, interview, offer…);

+ Implementing procedures for accepting new employees, instructing, and disseminating the company’s mechanisms and rules, or carrying out procedures for terminating employees…

+ Maintain and update candidate and recruitment data.

– Participate in recruitment branding activities.

– Developing potential candidate sources and expanding cooperation channels.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

– Graduating from universities with major in recruitment, economics, or related fields;

– Having at least 1 years of recruiting experience is required.

Required Skills/Abilities:

– Be adaptable and proactive in database development, utilizing candidate search platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobsite…

– Understanding how to create recruiting content/recruitment brand on recruitment channels such as Jobsite, Facebook, LinkedIn…

– Be proactive and accountable in work;

– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;

– Diligent and firm high ethical standards.
