In 24 months

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Receive training, and perform duties in assigned Hub / Sort Center / Warehouse / Transport in operations in order to attain functional knowledge;
• Learn various staff functions, operations workflow, management viewpoints and company policies and practices affecting each phase of SPX business development;
• Meet performance goals and objectives set by management;
• Report to management regularly on progress made in attaining goals and objectives;
• Observe experienced talents in SPX to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties;

After the 24 months

The 24-month program provides an excellent opportunity for you to gain exposure and development in SPX Operations. You will go through on-the-job training, job rotation and get practical experience. Successful graduates of the program will land a permanent managerial position within Operation Team (First & Last Mile, Transport, or Sorting Center / Warehouse).

• Bachelors or master degree in logistics, supply chain management, or other business-major related.
• Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2-year working experience, preferably in logistics or related fields.
• High resilience when working at the Operations site (at Hub, Sorting Center, Warehouse, not Office).
• Intermediate verbal and written communication in the English language.
• Passionate about E-Logistics or Supply Chain industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to new roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, drive to succeed and proactive.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
