Objective
The HR Intern will focus on shopfloor recruitment, assist in the onboarding process, and manage factory communication plan. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in human resources within a manufacturing environment, supporting the HR team in various functions to ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Shopfloor Recruitment
Assist in developing and posting job advertisements for shopfloor positions.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
Arrange interview with hiring departments
Maintain a database of candidate information and recruitment metrics.
2. Onboarding Process
Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation for new hires.
Facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork and system entries for new hires.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure new employees have the tools and resources needed to start their roles effectively.
Follow up with new hires to ensure a smooth transition and address any initial concerns or questions.
3. Factory Communications
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
Support in the creation and maintenance of information boards and other communication channels within the factory.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Requirements
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to use Canva for design communication materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Skills and Competencies
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Confidentiality: Maintaining the highest level of discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
