- Research how to operate and directly operate real estate e-commerce tools such as chotot.vn, facebook.com/marketplace, batdongsan/com.vn, cafeland.vn,…
- The core goal is to increase RPC index, increase CLV, minimize CAR through many measures such as proactively and quickly taking care of customers after receiving information from e-commerce channels, proactively consulting, answering all customer questions about products,…
- In addition to customer information from e-commerce channels managed by individuals, the Company will proactively provide additional customer information for individuals to practice their skills in caring for, consulting, and persuading customers to buy products.
- Participate in the Company’s internal training courses to master financial knowledge, loan interest rate parameters, the structure of each apartment building, prices, advantages and disadvantages of each apartment project in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces.
- Participate in the Company’s internal training courses on short-term and long-term investment strategy consulting scenarios via phone / Zalo / Facebook, scenarios for discussing investment plans to buy apartments when meeting customers directly at the project, at the model house, at restaurants, cafes, etc.
- Practice listening skills, analytical skills, customer problem solving skills, persuasion skills, confident communication skills, presentation skills, calling & texting negotiation skills and skills to handle customer rejection or hesitation.
- Participate in kick-off events, events introducing new apartment projects, opening events, etc.
- Actively and regularly interact with customers by calling directly, meeting in person or texting Zalo, Facebook, email.
- Actively and regularly invite customers to visit apartment projects, model houses, construction works, etc.
- Update more skills on digital marketing, e-commerce, land law, etc. to work more effectively, connect with more potential customers.
- Make reports on work results, work plans, etc. as required by the Board of Directors.
- Complete the target of generating 1 booking transaction or Deposit Contract or Sales Contract every 3 months.
- Work at the head office at 53-55-57 Vu Tong Phan Street, An Phu Ward, District 2 (only about 1 km from Hang Xanh roundabout, Binh Thanh District).
- Daily working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, from Monday afternoon to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday, if there is an event, participate, still clock in and calculate salary as usual, if there is no event, rest.
- Those without experience will be trained and given detailed instructions.
- All internship confirmation stamps, internship diaries, internship report data, etc. will be fully provided within the first 3 days of employment to quickly resolve internship-related issues, thereby ensuring peace of mind as a full-time employee.

Quyền lợi ứng viên
- Basic salary 5,000,000 VND + KPIs Booking bonus 1,000,000 VND.
- Favorable working hours. Specifically, if full-time office hours are possible, it is best, but if full-time office hours cannot be arranged due to a schedule conflict with some remaining subjects, about 3-4 sessions/week, the Company can still support.

- The allowance to support increased work efficiency of 3,000,000 VND is the allowance assigned by the Company to each employee every month so that employees can invest in activities that “have the potential” to increase work efficiency, for example, marketing activities (research and run Ads Tiktok, Ads Facebook, …), e-commerce activities (research and operate e-commerce channels chotot.vn, facebook.com/marketplace, batdongsan/com.vn, …) and some other training activities and skill development courses.
- Booking KPIs bonus of 1,000,000 VND is quite easy, almost all serious employees can achieve it.
- Commission bonus up to 40-70% equivalent to about 60,000,000 – 90,000,000 VND/transaction depending on the apartment project.
- Hot bonus 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND/transaction.
- Receive salary on the 5th of every month via ACB bank.
