- Supporting the continuous improvement of ad content principles and automated moderation system through data-driven analysis and feedback – provide insights and recommendation based on data analysis to improve content moderation’s efficiencies and effectiveness
- Collaborating with cross functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and policy experts, to address content moderation challenges, ensure compliance with local regulations and community guidelines, and reduce harmful or inappropriate content on the platform
- Analyzing user-generated content data on the platform to identify trends, patterns, outliers, and areas for improvements on content automated moderation system
- Creating and implementing automated logic for content moderation systems to review user-generated content
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the content automated moderation system, making adjustments as needed to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Generating reports and dashboards to visualize key content moderation metrics and performance indicators
- Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content moderation automation.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Science
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analyst role, preferably in ad content moderation or a related fields
- Proficiency in programming languages Python
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL and data visualization software
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms and proper understanding of online safety and community guidelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to content moderation is a plus
