Nestlé #SparktheNext Leaders Program (Management Trainee Program), is a fast-track development initiative designed to nurture and empower future leaders. This program offers a unique opportunity to participate in job rotations, enabling you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your role and our business. As a Management Trainee, you will be entrusted with impactful projects from day one, receiving guidance from experienced professionals who will support you in overcoming challenges and igniting your potential at Nestlé.

2. Application process:
- Round 1: Online Assessment
- Round 2: Initial Interview
- Round 3: Nest Camp
- Round 4: Final Interview
- You’re In: Starting working in 05/2025.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Senior student or fresh graduate with less than 1 year of full-time work experience
- Can start working full-time from May 2025
- Minimum Grade-Point Average (GPA) of 2.8/4 or equivalent 7/10
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills
- Demonstrate a good sense of business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Possess strong teamworking and interpersonal skills
- Driven and ambitious to deliver exception results
- Open to embrace and lead changes
