DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The Place team defines, develops, and delivers marketing and placemaking services for all real estate projects in Vietnam. The deliverables also include branding, producing, monitoring marketing content for all real estate projects.

INTERNS’ DUTIES:

• Translate marketing collateral, such as website content managment, newsletter, articles, press release into English or Vietnamese.
• Copywriting/ drafting initial marketing collateral: social content, newsletters, invitations, leaflets.
• Prepare marketing collateral for events, and media kits for media briefings.
• Support marketing material production oversight, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, photography, and videography.
• Support process of doing marketing research, developing proposals, conducting branding workshops.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

REQUIREMENTS:

• Final-year students or recent graduates
• Detail-oriented, dynamic, and commercially minded individuals
• Good grades and active extracurriculars are an advantage
• Preferably from backgrounds in business, marketing or communication – though applicants from all disciplines are welcome
• Proficient in English
• Able to intern fulltime (4 months)
