Recruitment Support (30%)

• Identify and attract potential candidates for Semiconductor and Hardware roles through platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Support the recruitment process in screening CVs and scheduling interviews with candidates.
• Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and databases to optimize hiring efficiency.

Employer Branding (70%)

• Create content for recruitment campaigns and internal engagement activities to promote company culture.
• Research labor market trends and competitor branding strategies to propose innovative ideas.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Final year students majoring in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• Can come to the office at least 4 days
• Familiar with design tools (Canva, Photoshop,…) and basic video editing software (CapCut).
• Experience in content writing for social media or internal communications.
• Previous internship experience in TA or Employer Branding is a plus.
